ORDERING INFORMATION
Use our on-line Purchase system to
purchase standard sized cases. New World Case, Inc accepts
MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.  
REMEMBER: Nothing is final
until you submit your order!
FOR PURCHASES:

and select the quantity. |

CLICK "Add to Your On-Line
Quote/Purchase". This will put the items in your shopping
cart. It will also bring you to a page where you will
need to input your zip-code and shipping method so we are
able to calculate shipping charges. After viewing
your shopping cart, you can choose to "Continue Shopping"
or "Check Out Now". |

To check out, click "Check
Out Now" and then click "Order by Credit Card On-Line".
You will need to enter your credit card information, e-mail
address, and shipping address. You will receive confirmation
by e-mail that everything was submitted correctly, along
with a confirmation number to be used in case you need to
contact us about your purchase. REMEMBER: Nothing is final
until you submit your order. |
Shipping Methods: UPS charges are estimates only. Actual costs will be charged. For Next Day, 2nd
Day, or any other shipping method, please call (888) 883-0107 for
availability and costs.
* Massachusetts residents will
be charged 5% sales tax.
Quantity discounts are available
for multiple case purchases. Please call 1-888-883-0107 for
information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All non-US orders must be custom quoted. Please email part#'s
and quantities for a quote.
RETURNS:
Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our
authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping
cart. Authorization numbers are available from the main office.
Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account
must be returned in like new condition. Returns of stock items will
not be accepted after 30 days. A 25% restocking fee will be charged
for non-defective returns of standard sized cases to be credited
to your account. Custom made cases are non-returnable.
Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
All returned products must be in
original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges
may be applied.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns for products that have been assembled or modified, nor can
we accept returns of custom made items. If you have any questions
about whether a product can be returned, please call us.
Free UPS Orders: On all free UPS orders UPS ground will be free. However, on exchanges, the shipping will be charged. Free UPS Ground is only on the initial order.
PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED.
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping.
If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us
immediately
TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
- Call (888) 883-0107 or email
returns@customcases.com
with the order number, your name, what products are being returned,
and the reason for return. You will then receive a Returns
Authorization Number and the return shipping address.
- All returned products must
be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional
charges may be applied.
- Return the product using your
preferred shipping method to the address you are provided.
Please email us the tracking number of the shipment so we can
track the return.
- Please note: Unless
the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot
refund shipping charges, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
