Graphic File Specifications:
| Trade Show Display and Booth Digital Graphic Output Requirements: |
ALL INKJET PRINTS AND TRANSPARENCIES (600 dpi and 300 dpi)
- All files for Digital Inkjet production must be setup so that the resolution
at the final size is no less than 100 ppi (pixels per inch).
- All images placed or embedded into documents should be included separately,
in addition to the completed file.
- Files for Digital output may be credited and saved in either RGB or CMYK
format (RGB is preferred.)
- Check all files for inclusion of proper PROPORTION, SIZES, FONTS, and
GRAPHIC ELEMENTS!
- Whenever possible, many errors and problems can be avoided by converting
all fonts to outlines or curves and saving this as the final print version.
- If scaling-down is necessary, such as in QuarkT, please keep scale to
1/2 or 1/4.
VINYL GRAPHICS MUST ALWAYS BE "VECTOR" OR "OUTLINE" ARTWORK
- Any reflective or scanned artwork must be saved as a 1-bit .tiff, .bmp
or .pcx. Submission of this type of artwork will require us to "trace" or
"vectorize" and clean up the art. Additional charges will apply. To avoid
Logo clean up charges, send Illustrator or Freehand "VECTOR" files.
- Any artwork to be scanned should be flat, black and white, 1200 dpi photostat
or laser quality. Other originals, ie: business cards, letterhead, Xerox copies
will result in additional charges.

We are primarily a Macintosh based department. We have IBM pc's on our system,
but all final output eventually is routed through the Macs.
We can accept PC files but prefer MAC.

- Always include all screen and printer fonts with files!
- Always send color hardcopy (printout) of files for reference!
We can accept 1.4mb floppies, 100/250mb Zip, 1g or 2g CD-ROMS.
